Handmade, silk and shenwa carpet
Plans are priced at the regular carpet rate of 39 EGP per square metre. Handmade, silk and shenwa carpets are covered too — you pay only the difference per square metre. Handmade silk is 59 EGP/m², so the difference is 20 EGP/m². We measure it and agree the figure with you before collection.
Annual business contracts — four visits a year
For hotels, restaurants, clinics, nurseries and event halls: quarterly cleaning at a rate that falls as the area grows, with free transport, electronic invoicing, one named account contact, a 48-hour response for emergency spills, and a photographed condition report every quarter.

Plan terms
- Unused allowance does not carry over from one visit to the next.
- Each visit is booked at least seven days ahead, inside the agreed window.
- If the plan is cancelled, visits already taken are charged at full list price and the balance refunded.
- Anything outside the allowance is measured, quoted and agreed by message before the work, at 10% off.
- The plan moves with the household to a new address inside the service area, and cannot be transferred to another family.
- Plans cannot be combined with the offers page discounts.
- Payment in full at signing, or two instalments at 5% more.
